A return and refund policy is an argument between customers and the
organization regarding returns and funds .for details on our refund deadlines

We have a 30-day refund
policy to protect students from financial risk, but also to protect our
instructors from fraud by providing them with a reasonable payment schedule.
The steps below explain how to request a refund
from shine academy's Purchase history page while logged in on a web browser.
Click on the Purchase
history tab.
Locate the course you wish
to refund.

Restrictions may apply and some purchases may
only be eligible for credit refunds. Our refund policy is outlined below.
Refunds will not be provided
if requested after this 14-day period. Some shine academy subscriptions may
have a free trial period instead of a refund period. If you do not cancel
during the free trial, you will be billed the full amount for the subscription
you signed up for and be unable to request a refund.
The content provider that
offers Degree, MasterTrack, and University Certificate programs sets and
administers refund policies.Students are informed of those policies by the
Content Provider.
Excessive refunds have been requested by a
student.
Before the refund was
requested, a student had consumed or downloaded a significant portion of the
course.
Types of purchases that are only eligible for
credit refunds
iOS (Apple): iOS payments
are processed through Apple and not shine academy, and so we are unable to
offer cash refunds for in-app purchases made in the Apple App Store.
Bank & cash transfers:
certain bank and cash transfer methods are only eligible for credit refunds.
Shine Academy:
course purchases that are finalized at Shine Academy are only eligible
for credit refunds depends on Terms.
Refunds for third-party bundle purchase
We do not have the
transaction on file and cannot issue a refund for you because the payment for
the bundle was processed by the third-party vendor. Requesting a refund should
be directed to the third-party vendor.
